Such services include on site database platform training, translated materials such as Power Point presentations, user guides, online tutorials, technical support and other services. All these services help to support research and ensure a good post-sale relationship.

TECHNOLOGY BEYOND THE NEED

Taking an extra step towards our customers’ satisfaction, we’ve developed an online portal called“ Portal da Pesquisa” (Portuguese) “Portal de Investigación” (Spanish). This portal consolidates all databases that customer subscribes through DotLib, in one authentication point, with user friendlyinterface, in their own language; a great solution for those subscription hungry institutions. To support that technology, our partners and customer needs, we have two datacenters with regional redundancy, one in Boca Raton, FL United States and the other in Rio de Janeiro, RJ Brazil.

Throughout the year we make a strong presence in several tradeshows, regional, national and International events, promoting your products and brand, keeping our customers and prospects up to date with the latest market information. As a matter of fact we go beyond that, every other year we hold our own “Dot Lib Partner Meeting” uniting our publisher partners with our most important customers.
